Apples are packed with nutrition and they have been referred to as Nature’s Toothbrush. While they don’t replace your good old toothbrush, eating a crisp apple helps remove plaque from teeth. In addition, chewing an apple increases saliva in the mouth that boosts your immunity against bacteria.
Apples are also full of antioxidant and anti inflammatory ingredients that help protect your gums and also your heart.
